Opening scene – Colonial America. Candlelight flickers in a dark room with the sound of a female voice chanting. The chanting grows louder with a second voice joining in. On the floor, in front of the fireplace is an American Indian, bound with rope, on his knees. The chanting grows to a frenzied pitch as one of the women slits the throat of the Indian and begins to collect his blood in a bowl.
April 4th, 2008 – Present Day Columbia, MD
The gang hooks-up at Bob’s place on Saturday morning for breakfast. Bob is found with yet another massive hangover. During the cooking and cleaning, Russ notes that there was an attack near the mall last night. Russ and George investigate the attack site at the mall and discover a small area of dried blood (which turns out to be human in nature). Upon further investigation at the police station, they discover that no police report has been filed.
While Bob is recovering from his hangover, he receives a call from Giles. Giles explains that money has gotten tight and Bob will need to open an investigation service to help make ends meet. Giles gives Bob the name of a friend who is a local county official who can help Bob get his license in a very timely fashion. During the course of the day both Russ and Kiki receive a call from Giles asking them to help encourage Bob to move forward with the investigator’s license and to try and work with Russ.
The gang meets around 6:00pm and decides to go to the lakeside for dinner and then stake out the mall for trouble. Bob declines to go saying he has another appointment for the evening. Kiki, George, Russ and Zach meet-up at the Tomato Palace for dinner around 8:00pm. At 9:00pm the live band starts to perform. The group is shocked that Bob is in the band, playing guitar and singing! The gang decides to say nothing to Bob about what they saw since Bob did not see them.
Around 10:00pm when the mall is closing, a family of four is attacked while walking to their car. A fight follows between six vampires and the gang. The gang successfully stakes two of the vamps and the others run. But during the fight, one of the daughters has been taken by the vamps. The only remaining items of the vampires from the fight are two motorcycles. Before the gang can leave the police show up and everyone is stuck for about two hours for the question and answer session by the Howard county police department. Kiki and Zach note that two of the vampires had a tattoo of a black rose with a green stem on the back of their right hand.
After finishing with the police, the gang re-groups at Bob’s place to compare notes. Bob emails Giles about the black rose tattoo and the gang decides to meet-up around 9:00am the next day and do more research. Three major points are investigated by the gang:
Black Rose Tattoo – Giles does email Bob about the tattoo. The tattoo belongs to a notorious vampire motorcycle gang. This gang has been around for about 120 years (giving up their horses for motorcycles some time ago). They are very transient and often move from location to location feeding and taking in the occasional new member.
The Missing Daughter – The missing daughter’s name is Jenny Goach, 18 year old daughter of Bob and Susan Goach. A background check reveals that Jenny was arrested about three months ago for taking place in a ceremony that resembled a witch craft ritual. The Goach’s offer a $25,000 reward for the safe return of their daughter. The background check of the entire Goach family reveals nothing apparently out of line. Bob Goach is a Doctor (General Practitioner) while Susan is a psychologist.
Police Report – Once again the gang decides to hack the Howard County computer system to gain access to the police report from last night’s attack. The gang learns that while a report has been filed, they discover that an officer has not been assigned to the case. Even more baffling, they discover that the FBI has not been notified even though a kidnapping has taken place. The background check on the motorcycles turns up that the owners of both bikes have been dead for over 18 months! The gang calls the police department asking for information on last night’s attack and asks to speak to the investigating officer. After about three minutes on hold, a Lt. O’Malley answers the phone, stating that he is the investigating officer and cannot talk about the case since it is still active.
Kiki and Zach decide to go to the bowling alley to find any information about the vampire gang. Kiki and Zach “discuss” the matter with two locals, who, after some coaching, reveal that the vampire gang is staying at an abandoned house on Freetown Road.
The gang meets up at office building about 400 yards from house. While the gang organizes themselves and starts some recon of the area, it begins to drizzle. Recon shows approximately 12 to 15 motorcycle tracks going in and out of the drive way. Besides a boarded-up house, there is a boarded-up garage.
While the gang makes final preparations, they note two groups of motorcyclists leaving the house. Both groups total 11 cyclists, all dressed head to toe without any skin exposed.
The gang moves in, checking the house and garage. Except for two parked motorcycles in the garage, the vamps are gone. In the basement, the gang finds an eerie sight. Jenny Goach, nude except for a leather belt she is wearing, is floating in mid-air, suspended inside of a red glowing transparent bubble. She is chanting. The chanting grows louder and quicker. Kiki touches the bubble to reach Jenny only to be knocked through the air and into the wall. The bubble floats to a far basement wall, forming squarely with the wall. A moment later, Jenny produces a knife from her belt, cuts a huge gash in her left arm/wrist, and dips into her own blood with her right hand and begins to write on the wall. At this time, the bubble grows brighter and darker. After 30 seconds, the bubble disappears and Jenny falls to the floor dead. On the wall, written in Jenny’s blood are two words – “She comes”.
Cut to credits.
